Alongside fellow co-chair Jorge Muniz, the team provides comprehensive counsel to clients across the full range of telecom, media, and technology issues, with a particular emphasis on regulatory compliance in advertising, consumer protection, unfair competition, and antitrust matters. On the contentious front, the firm represents clients in complex administrative sanctioning procedures initiated by INDECOPI. At associate level, key support is provided by senior Johan Rosales, whose experience includes over 14 years at telecoms regulator, OSIPTEL.
