Lewis Silkin has established itself in Belfast following the 2021 takeover of Jones Cassidy Brett. The employment, immigration and reward team offers a full spectrum of employment work to large employers, like Uniqlo, ASOS, and Kainos. Ciara Fulton heads the team; she is well experienced in complex disciplinary actions and employment related litigations. Paul Gillen, tri-qualified in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and England and Wales, advises clients on DEI strategy and litigations, whereas Adam Brett is particularly adept at handling industrial relations and union work. Associate Kevin Gallagher regularly supports the team in defending employers in industrial tribunals.
