Largely based in Manchester, the family team at Slater Heelis (Part of Lawfront) consists of ‘technically excellent and client-focused solicitors’ who are known for their financial work for high-net-worth and often international clients. The group also has particular specialisms in matrimonial finance, nuptial agreements, and international family law, as well as in complex children disputes and Schedule 1 Children Act proceedings. Practice head Mark Heptinstall frequently advises entrepreneurs and business owners with complex income structures on a broad range of financial matters. Charlotte Beck has extensive experience advising clients on divorce and cohabitation disputes.
