Wijnand Blom heads the employment group at Norton Rose Fulbright. The team is well placed to advise on a range of employment law matters, however the department is perhaps best known for its expertise in handling the employment law aspects of M&A deals and corporate reorganisations. Elsewhere, the practice is instructed by corporate entities, financial institutions and insurance companies in contentious matters.
