The team has extensive experience working in the electric power, oil and gas, and renewable energy sectors, where they offer negotiation and documentation services across a range of issues such as construction financings, insurance, distribution agreements and tax regimes. Avto Svanidze acts as lead Georgian counsel in private-public cross-border agreements to develop a large-scale solar power plant. Svanidze co-leads the team with Otar Kipshidze who has deep knowledge of the regulatory landscape in Georgia surrounding real estate and construction projects.
