The team is led by José Miguel Rioseco, an adviser to companies and investment funds on residential real estate, offices, shopping centres, hotels and tourism, including urban planning, structuring and financing aspects. At associate level, principal Eduardo Tirado, and seniors Catalina Berrios Vergara and Macarena Lagos Soza, all assist with real estate mandates. Former partner Luis Eduardo Correa and senior associate María Cecilia Morandé both left the firm during 2023.
